You have a family, it’s not perfect, but you’ve managed to scrape together some form of happiness with your partner and kids. 

You have two of them. Samantha who’s nine and Devin who just turned sixteen.

Samantha has always been a bit of tomboy. It wouldn’t be out of the ordinary to see her come home from the playground with a new scrape or bruise. But there was always a big smile on her face and a new story to tell about each new scrape or bruise. She has big brown eyes and curly blond hair. Her teachers always talk about how talkative she is in class.

Your older son is Devin. For the most part he’s always been on the quite side. Shy and reserved and keeping to himself till he found it prudent to do otherwise. He loves photography. He just got his driver’s license and has been surprising you with how often he’s used it to find new locations to take pictures of. He scares you sometimes with how far out he goes, but you always hang up his pictures in the house, because he takes beautiful pictures. The neighbors were so impressed the last time they were over, they asked if he had anymore prints to sell them.
